2]Session 2:[Second week] Understanding Sexology Counseling & myths & Mythconceptions. Definition and scope of counselling. Low Libido is how to overcome naturally. The importance of sexual health and well-being. Ethical considerations in sexology counselling, including confidentiality and boundaries.

3]Session 3: [ThirdWeek] Sexual Health Education & Personality Evaluation. Frequency therapy& Meditation, Chakra Healing, Tantric Sex Kundalini Meditation]. The basics of sexual anatomy and physiology. Common sexual health issues and concerns. The role of sexology counsellors in providing sexual health education.

5] Session 5:[Fifth week] Case Study, individual Experiences & Discussion Analysis of a hypothetical case to illustrate the application of counselling principles. Group discussion and sharing of insights.

 6] Session 6:[Sixth Week] Advance Counselling Methods, Plissit Model how to reduce stress& improve mental peace and Tan Tanav Se Mukti].

7] Session On Weight ManagementControl of underweight & overweight. Learn to calculate BMI, BMR, and calorie-wise Diet prescription. What to eat?  & what not to eat?

8] Session BodyAcupressure points & curing diseases by Meridian Stimulation. [TraditionalChinese Methods]

9] Session [NinthWeek] – Survey about your work on family members in healing or introduce a maximum of 10 case names &contacts.  10] Session  [Tenth week] -only results about own BP and Diabetes blood sugar detection test tests. Learn how to take proper BP, and how to test Blood Sugar by Glucometer.

11] Session – [Eleventh week] – Discussion Preventive Health Care. 

12 [ Twelves week]– Successful candidate Award of Digital Counseling Orientation certificate on email.  Information can be seen in videos& course materials lifetime. Google Meet/Zoom Meet every week once. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on the day's topics. Recap of key takeaways from the first day. Homework assignment (e.g., reading materials, self-reflection) for the next day. Homework Assignment: Participants may be assigned readings or self-reflection exercises related to the fundamentals of sexology counselling and ethical considerations. This homework is designed to prepare them for more in-depth discussions and practical exercises in the following days of the workshop.
