Well, in my opinion 

The answer is 

Weight

Yes weight, 

You must have seen,every 2nd person around you is trying to lose weight

Every 2nd person is trying to get little shredded atleast.

Not just to look better, but also to boost health.

Reducing weight is not as difficult as it seems to be,

It is just a slow process and require patience.

An over weight individual is definitely prone to disease and comorbidities, compared to a fit individual.

People are stuck on these questions

"How do I lose fat? 

Or

How do I lose weight?

Or

 How do I get shredded? 

Or 

How do I get fit into this shirt?

Well to these questions,

I do have an answer,

But, what is the most basic step required for weight reduction?

"Calorie deficit"

You don't need to measure everything,but you can't eat everything also.

On my request, just start compromising on your portion size of the same home cooked food which you have been eating already.

I truly believe,

This basic change can create a significant difference in your weight loss journey.
