practice surya anuloma viloma pranayama (pure right nostril breathing)- 9 rounds four times per day
suryanuloma method :
- Sit in any meditative pose
- Adopt cin mudra with the left hand and nasika mudra with the right hand.
- The breathing in and the breathing out are through the right nostril only keeping the left nostril closed.
- Practice minimum 9 rounds.
