practice sun salutations -12 cycles per day along with low fat diet

practice surya anuloma viloma pranayama (pure right nostril breathing)- 9 rounds four times per day

suryanuloma method :

  1. Sit in any meditative pose
  2. Adopt cin mudra with the left hand and nasika mudra with the right hand.
  3. The breathing in and the breathing out are through the right nostril only keeping the left nostril closed.
  4. Practice minimum 9 rounds.
