  • in daily routine part Ayurveda says that in night before going to bed always remind your whole day in your mind , say sorry to you if you had done some thing wrong with any one and be grateful for every thing you have today . if you do these steps daily you find many things are changing near you .
  • diet take freshly cooked foods only , non spicy food , avoid non veg for some days . don't take preserve food at all .
