- Mode of goodness has all positive things in it . To keep our self in this mode we have to change many things in our life style and diet.

- taking bath early morning , sun exposure at 7 to 8 am , light park activity during this time will help a lot .
- reading of spiritual books of your religion also give you strength .
- some prayers , chanting holy names of god also help a lot .
- in daily routine part Ayurveda says that in night before going to bed always remind your whole day in your mind , say sorry to you if you had done some thing wrong with any one and be grateful for every thing you have today . if you do these steps daily you find many things are changing near you .
- diet take freshly cooked foods only , non spicy food , avoid non veg for some days . don't take preserve food at all .
