- According to Ayurveda it is co related with"sandhivaat rog" written in Ancient scriptures
- so avoid cold exposures or cold winds exposure to your joints ,it will aggravate pain in winters and in rainy days pains will aggravate .
- avoid taking stored or refrigerated foods ,take only freshly prepare food .
- avoid raw salads , raw sprouted pulses , curd . rice in winters , very spicy foods .
- keep your joints warm ,apply Luke warm til oil on joints and massage gently .
- reduce weight if you are over weight .
- diabetics should control diabetes .
- mild joint exercise will help in smooth movements .
- herbs like ashwagandha , harshringar , erand , nirgundi will help you naturally ,use them with proper advise of an Ayurveda doctor .
