  • so avoid cold exposures or cold winds exposure to your joints ,it will aggravate pain in winters and in rainy days pains will aggravate .
  • avoid taking stored or refrigerated foods ,take only freshly prepare food .
  • avoid raw salads , raw sprouted pulses , curd . rice in winters , very spicy foods .
  • keep your joints warm ,apply Luke warm til oil on joints and massage gently .
  • reduce weight if you are over weight .
  • diabetics should control diabetes .
  • mild joint exercise will help in smooth movements .
  • herbs like ashwagandha , harshringar , erand , nirgundi will help you naturally ,use them with proper advise of an Ayurveda doctor .
