According to Ayurveda headaches are usually related to pitta and vaat doshas disbalance in body .
Avoid taking sour, spicy and extra salty things in diet as it can increase Pitta Dosha.
Avoid late night sleeping as it may increase Vaat Dosha and increase your stress.
Reduce screen time as it increase your Vaat Dosha again lead to stress.
Don't skip breakfast. It increases Pitta Dosha and aggravate your migraine.
Apply sandalwood paste during the headache. Take proper rest and drink munakka water (boiled with munakka) 3 to 4 times a day.
