Even if you sleep for many hours with the quality compromised sleep, you'll still feel exhausted and tired. Your sleep can be divided into NREM and REM.

NREM sleep = the deep, restorative phase where the body repairs tissues, builds immunity, and conserves energy.

 Here are some tips to improve your sleep quality:

1. Avoid drinking Caffeinated drinks or tea after evening 5'o clock.

2. Make sure to empty your bladder before going to bed.

3. Strictly avoid any screen time or blue light atleast 2 hours before bed.4. If possible take a warm bath and wear comfortable cotton dress.

5. Have your dinner atleast 3 hours before bed.
