Talking is fun with our kind of people. It’s more fun and engaging when we talk to ourselves. We don’t use any filters, and the words flow like a river. At times, we are not conscious of our surroundings when we do self-talk.

Self-talk has the power to either build or destroy us. Most of our self-talk is used to chastise someone, scold ourselves, or talk poorly about ourselves or the conditions we are in. What we tell ourselves is more essential than what we tell others. We are so emotionally tied to our words that it affects our personalities and how we live.

Positive self-talk assists us in living a healthy existence. Here are a few examples:·

  1. I am the most wonderful person.
  2. I am capable of greater accomplishments.
  3. I am brave and strong.
  4. I am fit and worthy.
  5. I am at peace and content.

Positive self-talk enables us to overcome our limitations, think optimistically, and boost our self-esteem. Remember that our thoughts and words create an imprint on our minds.
