THE MILK MYTH - SKIMMED OR WHOLE?

Thinking of switching to skimmed/low-fat/slim milk. Here's why you shouldn't:

1. Vitamin A, D, E, K are all the fat soluble nutrients we get from milk. You don't get these real nutrients from slimmer versions.

2. As per researchers, reduced fat dairy have NO added benefits on weight loss and getting leaner over whole milk which is often loaded with chemicals, emulsifiers and refined sugars (ex: low fat yogurt, flavored milk, etc) is not a very healthy choice.

So, if you're a fan of dairy (leaving aside the vegans), go in for full fat whole cow's milk versions. ALWAYS! - To change your lifestyle & get your nutrition facts right & to shed down smartly.
