The patient presented with dissatisfaction regarding the appearance of the upper anterior teeth. The existing ceramic crown in the maxillary anterior region showed compromised esthetics, resulting in an unsatisfactory smile.

The final treatment included:

  • A three-unit anterior bridge replacing 11, 21, and 22.
  • A ceramic veneer with respect to 12.
