Self monitoring during COVID19 home isolation

In this video, instructions are given on how to monitor oneself during home isolation when COVID19 suspicious or COVID19 positive

Instruments needed :

1. Thermometer (Digital preferably)

2. Pulse oximeter

3. Digital BP monitor

4. Glucometer (in case of Diabetic patients)

Red flag signs :

1. SpO2 less than 93 to 95%

2. Temperature more than 103 degrees Fahrenheit OR persistent high temperature of more than 101 even after medication (Note : Do not take Paracetamol 650 more than 3 to 4 times a day. If temperature is not controlled even after taking PCM 4 times a day, then consult your Physician or visit a Hospital)

3. Loose motions

4. Not eating
