Ingredients-

  1. Finely chopped ginger
  2. Misri/Khadisakhar/Sugar candy
  3. Lajaa/ Puffed Paddy/ Dhan ki lai

Process-

Fry the Laja/Puffed Paddy in kadhai for some time (Dry roasting of Laja)

Then Grind that Laja/Puffed Paddy in blender till it becomes smooth powder

Fry the Finely chopped ginger in ghee

Prepare sugar candy syrup(Consistency is unbroken strands between fingers)

Mix all the ingredients and stir well

Puffed Paddy Bar / Lajaardrak Vadiis ready
