Title:Rehabilitation of Fractured Maxillary Anterior Teeth Using Dental Implants and Crowns

Abstract:A patient presented with fractures of the upper four anterior teeth. The case was managed using dental implants followed by prosthetic crown placement to restore aesthetics and function. The outcome was satisfactory with significant improvement in the patient’s smile and oral function.

Introduction:Fractures of anterior teeth pose both functional and aesthetic challenges. Implant-supported crowns provide a predictable solution for long-term rehabilitation in such cases

.Case Report:A patient reported to Olive Green Dental Clinic, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, with fractures involving the maxillary anterior teeth. Clinical evaluation confirmed involvement of the upper four front teeth.

Treatment Plan:Replacement of the fractured teeth with dental implants followed by crown placement for optimal aesthetic and functional rehabilitation

.Procedure:Dental implants were surgically placed in the affected region. After appropriate healing, prosthetic crowns were fabricated and delivered, ensuring proper alignment, occlusion, and aesthetics.

Result:The final outcome demonstrated excellent aesthetic integration and functional restoration, significantly enhancing the patient’s smile.

Discussion:Implant-supported crowns are an effective treatment modality for anterior tooth fractures, offering durability, aesthetics, and preservation of adjacent tooth structure

.Conclusion:Dental implants with crowns provide a reliable and aesthetically pleasing solution for rehabilitation of fractured anterior teeth.
