Of all the seasons, summers are the toughest to pass. One feels tired and exhausted. Our overall activity goes down. We don't like eating much, nor do we like to go for outdoor activities. This overall compromise our body strength and immunity level.

Lets see what all can be done to improve ourselves to stay healthy and strong in summers.

Tip1: Wake up early

The best thing you can do is to start your day early. The ambient temperature is much comfortable in early morning hours. One can plan his or her exercise routine which will be better tolerable at this hour. Have some refreshing herbal tea ,snack or fruit after your exercise to rejuvenate yourself. This is the best time to spend with your favorite book or music with a cup of tea.

Tip2: Organize and plan your time

We mostly lack organizing our time and planning for the day. When you know what all works are pending for the day, you are better prepared if you plan your time beforehand. This makes your life less chaotic and your body less tired.

Tip 3: Frequent small meals and lots of fluid

It is very important to keep yourself hydrated and filled with energy to complete your chores with less efforts. Make a habit of drinking 5-6 liters of water everyday. You shouldn't finish water in one go but take it at regular intervals. Healthy, less oily foods which must include fruits and salads are must during summers.

Tip 4: Exercise

If you are a gym person, continue it. You may reduce the intensity and reps according to how you feel. Do not dead tire yourself. Otherwise one should do light exercise like walking, cycling etc. if you are not a regular exerciser.

Avoid excess and unnecessary sun exposure. Wear 30 spf sunscreen, wide brim hat and protected sunglasses whenever you step out. Always carry water bottle with you.
