Majority of patients walk within 24 hours after surgery. Majority of patients become independent in their activities of daily living such as eating, drinking, bathing, etc. within a maximum period of 1 week.
In terms of resuming work; if there is an option of working from home, the patient can get back to work after 2 weeks. In some exceptional circumstances, patient can resume work from home even after 1 week.
If Office is at a walkable distance, work can be resumed after 3 weeks.
