       Some of the basic healthy diet tips are as follow :- 1 ) Drink water n liquid food items like

                                     lemon water, tender coconut water,fresh fruit juices, lassi/chhach(buttermilk) 

                                       to keep your body well hydrated all through the day.

                                          2) Try to eat foods on time and try to eat easy to digest foods rather than
