1) 2nd wave of COVID is slightly different from last year
2) This time probably we are facing a mutant strain of virus
3) Younger people less than 45 yrs and kids are getting affected
4) more intense localized spread rather than wider spread of 1st wave
5) Vaccines are very effective in preventing severe disease and death
6) Breakthrough infections (Covid positive after vaccine) are possible but chances are very less
7) Vaccines are must for everybody above 18yrs of age
8) We need to follow all safety measures like mask and social distancing all the time
9) for inital treatment paracetamol and multivitamins are sufficient
10) Most important Dont Panic
