tuna,mackerel etc but in moderate amount that too well soft cooked form with minimal oil
use for better digestion.
6) Avoid more intake of spicy, oily foods ,extra sugary and extra salty foods inorder to maintain a
healthy body weight as well as to co-morbid health issues like high blood pressure issue,diabetes ,
kidney issues,digestive issues,liver related issues,joint pain issues .
7) Use additionally plant protein sugar free one, multivitamin ,omega 3 as well as magnesium supplement by consulting your physician /registered dietitian if you are suffering from any health
issues.
