In this modern and technology-driven era, to maintain a high-end lifestyle and to meet the pace with colleagues/friends, people are working long and erratic hours, attending social gatherings, taking causal smoke/drinks. As a result, sometimes, we end up balancing personal and professional life. If we keep on pressurizing ourselves with too much work, competitions around etc, our body will stop responding.

Frequent tiredness, anxiety, low energy levels, fatigue are few common signals from your body to tell you that this is the time to take a break and rework on your daily schedule. Let's include below mentioned routine to contribute at optimum level personally and professionally:

1.  Feed your body with the right fuel at the right time

2. Give one hour daily to do some physical activity in any form e.g. walk, dance, swimming, gym, yoga

3. Do some meditation, breathing exercises to calm yourself

As I always say, it's never too late to start. You can start slowly and find ways to do even better as you progress. On this occasion of National Nutrition week, let’s start practicing a healthy lifestyle, and motivate each other to do the same so that we can contribute towards a healthy Nation.
