In the current era, due to a very busy life most of the people either skip their breakfast or take their breakfast late, as a result of which their body faces lots of problems. In my clinical experience I have seen so many problems:

  1. Always feeling lethargic
  2. Irritating behaviour
  3. Heart burn/Acidity
  4. Generalized body swelling
  5. Lack of interest with surroundings
  6. Joint pain
  7. Indigestion
  8. Bloating
  9. Feeling heaviness and headache most of the time
  10. Not feeling fresh after waking up in the morning

So my personal advise is, always take your breakfast as early as possible and never skip it even if you have less time.

You would really feel lots of changes that will modify your life and help you enjoy life better in many different ways.
