be automatically disturbed.
Healthy lifestyle routine to follow to keep mental health better always,some of the basic
tips are sum up below as such :- 1) Regular exercise that might be walking or jogging, yoga or
aerobic etc for minimum of 45mins in a day.
2) Avoiding more aquaintance with social networking
sites like face book,instagram etc.
3) Avoid long hours usage of laptops or desktops or mobile
phones.
4) Avoid negative self talk rather try to utilize mind in
positive self talk.
and last but not the least 5 ) Join spiritual meditation
classes for mind relaxation.
Thus,by following these basic tips one can keep himself or herself free
from mental stress.
