It is the summer season again and it is the time of the year when we can get some delicious, juicy and succulent mangoes. The stalls and stores are filled with an array of varieties of mangoes. Mango is the king of all fruits. The golden yellow delight is a nutritional boon to mankind. Its Fibrous nature relieves you from constipation and helps in cleansing and detoxifying your system. There are several myths that people believe in about mangoes that are very common too. In order to clear this confusion, here we bust some of them for you.
Myth 1: Consuming mangoes increases heat issues in your body. Fact - Soak the mango in water at least an hour before you eat. Soaking mango in the water reduces the natural heat and makes it safe for you Myth

Fact – Daily if you eat one small size Mango then you are not going to put on weight, because mangoes are packed with vitamin A, C, iron, potassium and copper.
