Low back pain is a very common disorder in office setup. It causes restlessness during work. The basic reason of this pain is incorrect posture and prolong sitting.

There are few steps which can help you in reliving symptoms of low back pain:

  1. Avoid prolong sitting. In every half an hour just go through with few steps on your office.
  2. Place a leg support below your office table. Rest your legs on leg support or try to keep your knee level above your hip level.
  3. Gentle arm and back stretching between working hours for making relaxation of muscles.
  4. Do not touch or press your pain area because it can cause muscle spasm (swelling). We have very fine muscle fibers they can easily get damage through pressing or touching unevenly.
