B. Balanced Nutrition: A balanced diet that goes well with your body nutrition requirements is necessary as every one of us is different.

C. Check your Hormonal Imbalance: A hormonal imbalance leads to metabolic disturbances so you need to check with your doctor for metabolism correction which is an important step to manage weight loss.

If your able to balance all these at a time no doubt you are going to lose weight within no time with long-term results.
