More junk foods or fast foods eating also disturbs the digestive system.Eating junk foods very often rather than home cooked foods gradually weakens the digestion process as well as causes bloating/gas,acidity,

Healthy foods to choose to improve appetite are as follows :- A) Eat rich sources of fiber containing foods
like fruits,green vegs and leafy vegs etc into
your daily diet.
B) Have either dry roasted ajwain(carom
seeds) / cumin seeds 15-20mins prior to
having lunch or dinner 1tsp only.
C) Try to avoid highly fatty/masala rich,highly
spicy foods rather than try to prepare foods
by using minimal amounts of oil/stewed/
clear soup/grilled/baked forms for till the
time of getting recovery from it.
D) Try to avoid highly salty /sugary foods
in regular diet,fully processed packaged
foods etc.
E) Try to do exercises like brisk walking /
jogging,tread mill running,yoga,low to
medium intensity cardio work outs
early morning for minimum of 30mins
daily.
and last but not the least F) Try to have adequate
amounts of water in a whole day for better
digestion of foods.
