Now-a-days more people are fascinated by fancy diets like keto diet, intermittent fasting,vegan diet,
meditarrean diet etc to loose weight mostly without taking opinion from a certified or registered
dietitian whether to follow it or not,what are the pro's and con's of following.They blindly follow it
by surfing on net with the hope of loosing fat faster but my dear friends let me tell you one thing
there is no shortcut for weight loss.
These fancy diets might help you loose weight faster but later when you leave it following
it has lots of adverse impacts not only on your body metabolism,but also on gut health,
liver health ,kidney health etc . Only 2 ya 1 meal ya day wont help you loose fat rather it leads
to vital nutrient deficiencies, water loss, muscle mass loss so on and so forth.
Healthy way of loosing weight based on these pillars such as- 1) A low carb,good amounts of
protien, low fat,good fiber rich with all vital
vitamins & mineral rich foods.
2) Daily exercise minimum of 45mins and max 1hr
focusing on varied form of exercises like walking,
cardio,yoga or pillate,aerobic n zumba sessions with
strength training some days in a week.
3) Try to avoid taking any supplements without
consulting a registered dietitian.
4) Try to avoid junk or fast foods .
5) Increase water intake minimum of 3ltrs and maxi
mum of 4 -4.5 ltrs.
6) Try to avoid late hr eating,late hr sleeping and
work on stress management as well.
