Mostly 80-90 percent people depends upon ready to eat foods for saving time and energy who are
leading hectic busy work schedule,but knowingly or unknowingly it leads them towards lots of chronic
health conditions like different sorts digestive disorders, diabetes mellitus,high bad cholesterol issue, liver
issue, nutritional deficiencies etc.
Healthy tips for a healthy life are as follow :- 1) Include some sorts of protein rich veg added salads/
fruit chat bowl/fruit salad ,veg/non veg added multi grain/
brown bread sandwiches.
2) Include chapati/steamed rice with some sorts of dal,with
some veg curry/non veg curry if non vegitarian with fresh
curd into your main course meal .
3) Some days add on some sorts of millet recipes either
into your breakfast, lunch and dinner .
4) Add on some sorts of dry fruits or different sorts of
dry roasted seeds like flax seeds,chia seeds,pumpkin seeds,
sunflower seeds etc into your diet for munching,or some
roasted peanuts/ roasted chickpeas, roasted fox nuts etc
5) Try to avoid or restrict ready to eat instant foods very
frequently.
