A child in the beginning stage of growth needs not only a proper wholesome nutrient dense diet but also
other aspects should be taken care of like proper sleep in night rather than distrubed sleep, proper water
intake ,understanding of feelings of the kid by the parents etc to maintain a healthy body as well
as mind.
Healthy tips to follow :- 1) Try to serve foods to your kid by making it more
appetizing and colorful from outer apperance of the food
which he or she mostly dont like to eat.
2) Try to avoid giving your kid more of extra sugary or
salty packaged food items very frequently.
3) Try to feed small meals to your kid on minimum of 2 to 2.5hrs
gaps which he or she can easily digest .
4) Try to give tender coconut water,fruit shakes,home made
fresh curd lassi etc. as a healthy drink option.
5) Try to make meal plan one day prior for the next day
to avoid confusion in what to give and what not to
give.
6) Try to feed your kid early dinner atleast 2 hrs prior
to sleeping.
and last but not the least 7) Try to keep your kid
physically active to get a good night's sleep.
