renal issues,high triglyceride level should also be taken into consideration for controlling it
through an early diganosis through blood test,proper medication along with a healthy
dietary habit with some forms of exercises like brisk walking or jogging,power yoga,swimming,
cycling etc and early sleeping pattern,stress reduction by doing either meditation or
yoga for 15-20mins daily in either evening time orelse 1hour before sleeping in night,adequate
water intake more than2.5ltrs minimum and max more than 3ltrs n below 4ltrs including
other liquid food items.
High risk of other co-morbid health issues like :- 1) Feeling breathlessness very frequently.
2) Head reeling.
3) Atherosclerosis.
4) Hyperlipidemia.
5) Heart stroke.
6) Brain stroke.
7) Paralytic attack.
and last but not the least 8) Other neuro related
issues.
High bad cholesterol level to manage tips:- 1) Start your day with exercise for minimum
of 30-40mins daily with low intensity exercises
at first.
2) Moderate to high fiber rich foods to be
included like millets such as oats,daliya,
buck wheat,quinoa etc,fruits,green vegs,
leafy vegs,roasted seeds like flax seeds,
chia seeds,pumpkin seeds etc.
3) Low fat milk or dairy products like curd,
paneer, animal food items like eggwhites,
lean chicken,fish etc can be taken in desirable amounts.
4) On each minimum 2.5 to max 3hrs gap small
meals should be taken atleast 5small meals
in a whole day.
5) Try to avoid highly salty and extra sugary
fully processed packaged foods.
6) Try to add on healthy nuts like almonds,
