Maintenance of gut health is very much important because its inter connected with all other body
organs as well. An unhealthy eating pattern with unhealthy lifestyle routine leads to poor gut health
ultimately.
Basic healthy tips to mantain good gut health are as follow :-
A) Eat healthy home cooked foods n easily digestible foods to keep your
gut health healthy.
B) Try to chew foods properly while eating rather than eating in a hurry.
C) Try to avoid deep fried foods or more gravy foods for better digestion.
D) Try to move your body after eating for hardly 20mins for better digestion
of foods.
E) Try to drink water after 45mins of having food inorder to maintain better
digestion process.
F) Add on fiber rich foods like fruits,some sort of salads, nuts n seeds into
your diet.
and last but not the least G) Don't sleep straight after having food to avoid
indigestion.
