Brain stroke occurs due to a lot of reasons like unhealthy eating habits,late night sleeping pattern, stress or
anxiety issues,obesity,high blood sugar,fatty liver issues etc.
Healthy tips to follow :- 1) A healthy food plate containing good amounts of healthy carbs complex carbs like wheat n wheat products, millets like jowar,bajra,ragi etc,good amounts of protein rich foods,healthy fats containing foods like nuts n seeds,fatty fishes like salmon,tuna etc with fiber
rich foods like fruits,green vegs,leafy vegs etc into the daily diet.
2) Try to avoid highly spicy,extra salt and sugary foods,fatty foods,masala rich or gravy foods.
3) Try to add on low fat milk n low fat milk products like curd,cottage cheese etc into the
daily diet.
4) Try to make the foods well cooked which can be easily digestible.
5) Try to add on clear home made soups both veg/non-veg,fruits,salads etc into
the daily diet.
6)Try to avoid high intake of tea or coffee,canned fruit juices etc.
7) Try to have atleast 2.5ltrs minimum water intake including other liquid food items.
and last but not the least 8) Try to do some light forms of exercises like yoga for 20-25mins
whichever time suits you to do.
Thus,by following these basic guidelines one can recovered out of recurrent brain strokes
very easily along with proper medication prescribed by the doctor.
