A healthy dietary routine helps a lot to cure lipoma if its in early stage as well as life style
modification is also very much crucial.
Healthy dietary habits to follow : - Do's - 1) Include more of complex carbs rich foods such as millets
(oats,daliya,buck wheat,pearl millet,sorghum,bajra,quinoa etc)
, brown rice,whole wheat n wheat products etc. n less
or restricted amounts of simple carbs rich foods such as
white rice,white sugar, flaked rice,etc.
2) Try to add on veg sources of proteins like low fat
milk /milk products rather than full cream milk/
milk products, soybeans & soy products like tofu,
soy milk etc.If taking non-veg some times, then
eggs/lean chicken/fish etc can be taken in
either boiled/grilled/stewed/clear soup forms.
3) Try to add on healthy or good sources of fats like
nuts like almonds/walnuts/pistachios/brazil nuts etc
roasted seeds like flax seeds,chia seeds,watermelon
seeds etc.If having non-veg then rich sources
are such as fatty fishes like salmon,tuna,rohu etc.
either in grilled/stewed/soup/baked forms.
4) Try to add on anti oxidant rich foods like fruits
such as apple,banana,ripe papaya,berries,
water melon, oranges,lemons etc as well
as green vegs, leafy vegs and other vegs
into the daily diet.
5) Try to use healthy oils like olive oil,canola
oil,soybean oil,rice bran oil etc for cooking.
and last but not the least 6 ) Have plenty amount of
water more than 2.5ltrs including other liquid
food items.
Don'ts : - 1) Try to avoid extra salty and sugary fully processed packaged
food items.
2) Try to avoid high intake of junk or fast foods very frequently.
3) Try to avoid very high intake of non-veg foods in deep fried,gravy
forms which wont be easilly digestible.
4) Try to avoid late hours eating habits and also sleeping habits.
and last but not the least 5 ) Try to avoid high intake of alcohol,
smoking, etc.
Thus,by following these healthy dietary habits you can control to some
extent lipoma growth at an early stage.
