Enhancing body immunity power is very much essential to keep yourself immune system forever. There
are lots of reasons responsible for occurence of poor immunity power in adults and they are such as
improper eating habits or lack of anti-oxidant rich foods in diet, lack of physical activity, less water
intake, poor sleeping pattern etc.
Healthy tips for preventing catching cold very frequently :-
1) Add on healthy nutrient dense foods into your daily diet
not only healthy carbs but also good amounts of proteins,
healthy food sources of fats as well as all essential vitmins
& mineral rich food sources combined with fiber rich
foods.
2) Try to eat well cooked fresh foods rather than eating
left over foods kept in refrigerator by pre-heating.
3) Try to add on anti-oxidant rich foods like fruits,nuts and
seeds etc into your daily diet.
4) Try to add on good sources of protein rich foods both
veg and non-veg for strengthening muscle mass and
enhance immunity power too.
5) Try to add on garlic,ginger,tulsi leaves into your
routine diet.
6) Try to keep your body well hydrated all through the
day by drinking sufficient amounts of water.
and last but not the least 7) Sleep minimum of 6hrs in night
as well as reduce stress level by
doing breathing yoga for 20mins
daily.
