We are all running a race against time and it’s really more important to maintain healthy lifestyle amid all chaos. On the occasion of World liver day, I will stress about maintaining good tummy Health. The undue stress , eating habits , irregular food habits , low intake of water and fibres are major reasons for common gut disorders like gastritis, gut infection , constipation and reflux problems. Smoking and alcohol compound these problems to multiple times.
One should also not ignore the symptoms of

These could be alarming symptoms for any gastrointestinal cancers . I would like to stress upon maintain healthy eating habits, maintain healthy weight, limit intake of alcohol , quit smoking and regular health check ups. We would also like to stress especially about market driven health care products like protein suppliments, probiiotics, pre packed preserved foods and health suppliments which should be taken under advice of physician as we come across many patietns with liver and gut problems quite freqently. As these products are not tested for long term outcomes and most of us even know their side effects of taking them.
Lastly , never ignore your longstanding gut symptoms especially if they are persistent for more then 3-4 weeks.
