The best way to associate yourself away from medicine is not to land into troubled waters, like smoking which might kill you through Cancer, lack of exercise which might lead to Diabetes, Heart ailments and several others.

If you want to be free like a bird then do not forget your roots. Always do your basics right.

You don't have to be lucky to be saved by a calamity, you will be saved anyway because you have done everything right.

Good habits should prevail, stop smoking, regular daily exercise, restricted use of mobiles, healthy eating and above all timing your things to perfection. You don't go out for a walk at 12 noon, do you? Have your dinner at 12 midnight.
