#ForeignBodyNose -Many times false version are given by family of child;yesterday parents told it is foam but when i started removing blackish material came out and some hard thing sensed in rt nostril and soon suspense was over..it was a round battery.it was big surprise and guilt for parents.sometimes Temarind or other seed or #Rhinolith etc is surprise outcome; bleedimg may ensue and shouldnot bother family.After removal parents must be told not to give child small articles to play and they must not attempt removal,else foreign body may slip into throat and even into bronchi,risking patient's life.Anaesthesia must only be given if office removal fails or patient demands etc.
