Proper diet during pregnancy is all about eating the right food. some foods may make you ill, so food safety needs to be the priority. Raw, uncooked foods carry pathogens/germs which lead to food borne illness. Now that you are pregnant you should leave the following foods out of your diet:

  • Uncooked or raw eggs including mousses, ice-creams, mayonnaise. Eggs should be cooked.
  • Unpasteurized milk or yogurt or dahi made from unpasteurized milk.
