"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" - Hippocrates.

It is so true. What we need to understand is that you are what you eat, food can change your mood, and that you are everything you eat and the food choices you make directly affect the outcome of your health and skin.If somebody's got beautiful skin, it invites us to a deeper understanding as to what is going on inside their body because if you eat healthy and don't starve it shows on your skin.

Foods like bread ,sugar and table salt trick your body into thinking you're getting specific nutrients. And so your body stays hungry for it but then the cells don't get nourished. And as long as the cells aren't getting nourished you're starving on a cellular level. These days we get so much information about healthy food that we decide to fill up our kitchen with healthy food items, next comes the grocery shopping for healthy items but you need to be careful before you get on your healthy shopping spree.

Many of the food labels at the grocery store are very deceptive. And the naming of food products often is a little too loose and creative. It's almost as if they're naming them based on what they hope you might imagine you're eating rather than what's really in the box because a lot of times it's not in there.

Today, more than 50% of all chronic diseases are caused by food choices, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies and lack of physical exercise.

So Friends let's  start with eliminating 1 bad food by one healthy food per week, its not that tough.

For the starters replace white rice with brown rice or sugar with natural sweeteners like figs or honey or molasses.

Eat healthy, Stay healthy!
