- Leg Raises - Sit on chair and holding your thigh, lift the legs one by one and hold for few secs
- Sit And Stand (Squats) - Sit straight in chair with feet flat on ground, Stand up straight and repeat this motion
- Hamstring Curls - Lift one foot and bend the knee bringing foot towards buttock and Hold for few secs
- Hamstring Stretch - Bend the knee, grab back of thigh and straighten the leg towards sky
- Cycling and Cross Trainer - These are the best friends for your knees, more effective than jogging in delaying arthritis
