Management depends on age of the lady, severity of endometriosis and desire to get pregnant..
* if young and not interested in immediate conception, multiple medical / conservative treatment modalities are available which are very effective..
* if desirous to conceive, good laparascopic clearance followed by active fertility treatment is advice.. IUI is advisable in mild to moderate endometriosis, while direct IVF is considered best for advanced severity of endometriosis..
