With the beginning of this new year 2024, my first article starts with a good note of
healthy eating n right kind of foods including into your diet as well as to keep yourself active all
through the day to keep yourself healthy forever.
Few basic healthy tips for a healthy eating are as follow :-
A) Eat less simple carbs and include more of complex carbs into
your diet take for example replace white rice with brown rice/any
millet such as oats/daliya/pearl millet/finger millet etc.
B) Include your food plate not only with carbs and proteins but
also with fats,fiber with all essential vitamins n minerals rich
foods in equal amount focussing on portion size control and
mindfull eating.
C) Add on varied forms of cooking methods for maximum
nutrient benifits like boiling/steaming,shallow fat frying,
roasting,baking,grilling etc by using required amounts
of cooking oils.
D) Try to replace white table salt with pink salt/rock salt
in cooking,try to replace white sugar with brown sugar/
jaggery pwd/organic honey if preparing some sweet
items at home.
E) Try to avoid pre heating foods which has been refrigerated
after cooking from more than 3-4 days which is not at all
a healthy practice.
F) Try to have prime meals such as breakfast,lunch,dinner
rather than skipping it.
G) Try to drink sufficient water not less than 3ltrs minimum
per day.
and last but not the least H) Do some sort of exercise atleast
5-6 days in a week for atleast 30-45mins minimum duration.
Thus,by following these steps you can keep yourself healthy forever.
