1.Sleep towards the left atleast 80% of sleeping time. Sleep atleast 8hrs a day.
2.Keep eating every 3hrs. Small frequent meals. Avoid papaya, junk food and beverages.
3. Sexual activity between 12-34 weeks is fine.
4.Empty the bladder once in 3hrs to prevent urinary tract infections.
5. Regular walking recommended from the initial stages unless contraindicated. Swimming also recommended.
6. Avoid travel in the initial 12 weeks of pregnancy.
7.Perinatal massage from 34 weeks helps easy normal birth.
8. Count baby movements 10-12 per day from 28 weeks till delivery.
