Now-a-days a large number people leading a complete sedentary lifestyle is more prone to
suffer from both diabetes mellitus as well as high cholesterol issues due to unhealthy proper
lifestyle routine.
The people who are more obese are more prone to these sorts of chronic health issues rather
than people who are leading an active healthy lifestyle.
How to control it :- A) A healthy food plate consisting of healthy carbs,good amounts of proteins,
good fats as well as good amounts of fiber,all essential vitamins and minerals
containing foods in required quantities.
B) Try to start exercising for minimum of 30-40mins at first,if you feel
comfortable you can gradually increase your exercise timing,but daily
exercising is must.
C) Try to have prime meals on proper time like breakfast,lunch,snacks,
& dinner.Don't skip any of the prime meals.
D) Try to maintain a dairy to note down the foods which you are having
daily with time & quantity specifying of each day,as well as water intake
per day.
E) Try to avoid high intake of simple sugars and extra added salt
containing foodstuffs daily.
F) Try to avoid late night dinner pattern,try to eat dinner atleast 2-2.5hrs before
going to bed for better digestion and getting a good sleep in night.
G) Try to ease out stress if you have of any kind by either joining a yoga class/
meditation/a social group.
& H) Try to drink water either 1hour before of having meals or 1hr after having of
meal but not along with meal.
Thus,these are some of the basic things by following which you can controll
diabetes & high cholesterol issues along with proper medication suggested
by a doctor.
