There is a lot of debate over ideal temperature of water for weight loss. Gym instructors say its cold water that is more beneficial and results in fat loss where as doctors recommend warm water for removal of fat and greasy substance from our body.

You will be amazed to hear that both warm and cold water have their own health benefits. Both are known to slightly increase your metabolism. Upon exercising cold water gets absorbed better and also increases immunity. Where as hot water helps in breaking down fat cells and helps in detoxification.

So include combination of both, around meal timings have warm water where as in between meals and during exercise have cold water.
