CCF tea is super easy to make. Just put half cup of cumin seeds, half cup of coriander seeds and half cup of fennel seed to a jar and shake it to give a mix. Now, to make 2 cups of tea, use 3 cups of water, bring it to boil. Add 1 tsp of the mixture of CCF seeds to it. Simmer it for 7-10 minutes at low flame. Turn off the flame and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. Steep will increase its potency even more. The tea is ready to sip. It can be taken hot, warm or at room temperature.
