PCOS or Polycystic Ovaries is a condition in which the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of male hormones androgens.

 These androgens are generally present in women in small quantity.

PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome name describes the numerous small follicles which don’t get mature & remain small in the ovaries.
