A body fat percentage between 21 and 24 is considered healthy or fit and between 25 and 31 for women  while for men a body fat percentage between 14 and 17 is considered healthy or fit and  a percentage between 18 and 24 is considered acceptable.

Happy Mood and Positive Attitude - The ability to process emotions and deal with unexpected situations and external stressors such as work pressure, stress, etc., is an indicator of a sound mental health which is essential for keeping mental health issues such as depression and anxiety at a bay. A good mental health in turn is essential for a good physical health and overall wellbeing.
