Seven ways to prevent bad breathThe bad breath is a condition that creates a fear in people and making them difficult to socialize and inferior. So treating bad breath is more important to keep your confidence level high.

 1. Proper brushing :

* The tooth brush must have soft bristles.

 *These are used along with a pea size of tooth paste.

 *He / she should brush Only for maximum three minutes. 

*While brushing the teeth he/ she should also brush the gingiva. 

*The rough brushing should be avoided. 

*Should change the tooth brush atleast after three months. 

* should brush twice a day in circular motion.

2. Interdental brushes:

* These are used between the teeth in to and fro motion. 

* it is used smoothly.

 * it is used at night alone for three days daily , then used weekly once at night. 

* Bleeding during usage of interdental brushes is normal. But avoid pricking it hardly. 

* it will remove the debris interdentally.

 * It won't create any gap between the teeth.

 3. Dental floss :

* It is like interdental brushes. The functioning is similar to interdental brushes. 

* Dental floss is  thread like , which is stretched and held in index finger and thumb finger  of both hands and stretched to and fro motion and up and down motion in between teeth.Then dispose that piece of thread. Next time cut a piece of thread in dental floss and use it.

. * use it at night for three days continuously, then use it at night once a week.

 * It removes the interdental debris. 

* Floss won't cut or tear the interdental tissue. 

* you can rinse your mouth after flossing. 

4. Mouth wash. 

* He/ she can use chlorhexidine mouth wash at night after dinner.

 * Use it along with water and rinse it off. 

* Can use daily once and not more than three times. 

5. Tongue cleaning:

* These are tongue scrapers used on the superficial surface of the tongue. * These are made of plastic or metal. 

* the debris in tongue are removed by tongue scrapers. 

6. Healthy diet:

* eat healthy fruits and vegetables. 

* drink plenty of water. 

7. Dental scaling.:

* do dental scaling once a year.
