Backache is very common in the modern competitive world with hardly any time to take care of yourself. Follow four rules, to prevent backache.
- Regular exercise for 30 minutes, like brisk walking, & exercises for abdomen & back.
- At least 1 hour exposure to sun, for Vitamin D. Daily intake of milk or milk products (calcium). Adequate protein (chicken or pulses) & vitamins (fruits & green vegetables) are essential for bones & muscles.
- Avoid jerks & sudden movement of neck or back, this may rupture your disc.
- Back pain can be because of many diseases infections & side effect of many medicines. Hence consult a spine surgeon at the earliest.
