Most of the back problem in todays job scenario arises because of poor posture and lack of healthy life style.
As a clinical physiotherapist, I would say these 7 simple things would prove to be miracle for anybody with LBP (Lower back pain)
1- 7 hrs of sleep (minimum)
2- Eating at right times
3- Keeping yourself properly hydrated (through water and fruit juice :-) )
4- Doing static back exercises for 20 mins minimum
5- Stretching the lower back (5mins)
6- Core/plank (5mins)
7- Voluntary walking for 20 min (this includes walking on purpose i.e not the walk which you do at your workplace)
Just follow this and you would be free from your nagging LBP, as we call it.
